At No.1 Choice, we strive to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Cancellation & Refunds

Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed to the original mode of payment within 5–10 working days, only if the order is cancelled before shipment.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not allowed.
If a customer rejects the order at the time of delivery, no refund will be provided.

2. Returns Policy

No Return Policy: We do not accept returns once the product has been delivered, except in cases of genuine issues mentioned below.
In case of customer unavailability at the delivery address or OTP not verified, a refund will be provided in the form of a coupon code after deducting shipping charges of both sides or the order value (whichever is higher), once the product is safely returned to us.

3. Damaged, Defective, Expired or Wrong Product

If you receive a product that has:

A quality issue
Expired product
Packaging defect
Leakage or missing items
Damaged product
Wrong item delivered

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with the following details:

Order number
Item name(s)
Clear images of the product
Description of the issue
Unboxing video (mandatory for leakage or missing item complaints)

Complaints raised after 24 hours of delivery will not be entertained.

4. Return Approval & Resolution Process

After reviewing your complaint, if found genuine, we will share a return shipping label with instructions.
Products sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Once we receive the returned product, it will undergo inspection.
If the issue is confirmed, you will receive a coupon code equivalent to the product value.
The coupon can be used on the No.1 Choice website.
No cash or bank refunds will be issued.

Non-Delivery Issues:
If you have not received your order but got delivery confirmation via email/SMS, please contact us within 24 hours. After verification, appropriate action will be taken.
